The Hub is one place for everything scheduled: your reminders and your recurring tasks, side by side under a single toggle.

Reminders side

This is the reminder hub you already know: your task-deadline reminders, page and sticky reminders, your global default, and per-board settings. Nothing about reminders changed; they simply live inside The Hub now.

The Recurring side

Recurring side

One list of every recurring task in the workspace.

For each one you seeWhich tells you
Its schedule and next runWhen it fires, and when that next happens.
Board and groupWhere it creates the new task.
OwnerWho it belongs to.
Active or pausedWhether it is currently running.

Search by name, filter to active or paused, and group by board, owner or schedule type.

From the Recurring side you can:

  • Pause or resume a recurring task.
  • Run it now to create one instance immediately, without changing its schedule.
  • Open a task to edit its full recurrence rule in a detail panel that slides in over the list; close it and you are back where you were.

Update Requests

Share a board, a group or a task for external editing and a third Update Requests segment appears in the toggle. It lists those links grouped by board, with their status and activity, and lets you sync, resend, edit or revoke each one.

Publish a notebook page as a public link and a Public Links segment appears. It is the home for every public page link you have made, across all your notebooks.

For each linkWhat it shows
The basicsWhich notebook it came from, its view count, its expiry, and whether it is password protected.
What you can doOpen the page, edit its settings, copy the link, or revoke it.
The detail viewPassword and search-engine state, what is shown on the page, and a who-viewed table: name or device, first and last seen, and per-viewer counts.

It updates in real time, so when somebody opens one of your pages the count and the viewer list change without a refresh. You only ever see your own links.
