My Work

G Gript Team Updated Sep 4, 2026 2 min read

My Work is the page Gript opens on: every task assigned to you, from every board, in one place.

1

Opening it

Click Home at the top of the icon rail.
My Work, Focus view
Home → My Work
My Work in Focus view: a greeting, a one line summary, the Overdue and No date filter chips, and the task list grouped by due date

The greeting tells you the shape of your day in one line: how many active tasks, how many overdue, how many due today. Two views sit in the toolbar, Focus and Calendar.

My Work only shows tasks assigned to you. To see everyone else, open the board, or the Workload tab in resource management.

The chips are your filter

Overdue, Today, This Week, Next week, Later, No date.
The filter chips

A close-up of the greeting and the filter chips, each with the number of tasks in it

Each chip carries a count. Click one and the list narrows to it, click again to clear, click two to see both. A chip only appears when it has something in it.

Overdue
Past its date and not done. Each row shows how many days late.
Today
Due today. The one most people work from.
This Week, Next week
Later in this week, or the week after.
Later
Dated, but further out.
No date
Yours, with no due date at all.
Unassigned
Tasks on your boards nobody owns. Open one to give it an owner.

When you are behind, a banner offers Triage now, which drops you straight into the overdue ones.

Shaping the list

Sort, group, filter, search.

The My Work toolbar with the grouping menu open, showing Due date, Week, Status, Priority, Board and No grouping
ControlChoices
SortDue date, Priority, Task name, Board name, Recently updated. Pick the same one again to reverse it.
GroupDue date (the default), Week, Status, Priority, Board, or none.
FilterParticular boards or projects, priorities, or statuses. Clear filters resets them.
SearchMatches on task name across everything in view.
Hide doneOn by default, so finished work stays out of the way.

Your view, sort, grouping, filters and search are remembered, so My Work opens the way you left it.

5

Calendar view

The same work, on dates.
My Work, Calendar view
My Work → Calendar
The My Work calendar showing tasks placed on a month grid, with the source rail listing boards, reminders, time off and meetings

Tasks are placed by their due date or timeline. The rail beside the grid lists every source feeding it, each with its own colour and its own switch: one row per board, then My time off, Reminders and Meetings, then any connected Outlook or Google Calendar.

Drag across an empty slot to create a task, a meeting, or a block of time off without leaving the page. The detail is in Calendar and meetings.

Common questions

Why is a task missing from My Work?
It is only here if you are assigned to it. Check the People column. Unassigned tasks show under the Unassigned chip instead.
Does ticking a task off here change the board?
Yes. This is a view of the real tasks, not a copy. Anything you change here changes the task on its board immediately.
Can I see a colleague's My Work?
No, it is always your own. For who is doing what, open the board or the Workload tab in resource management.
Nothing is in Today but I know I have work due.
A filter chip is probably still selected from earlier, or Hide done is masking finished rows. Clear filters puts everything back.
Where did the Calendar view go?
The calendar is a switchable feature. If your toolbar shows only Focus, ask your workspace owner to turn it on.
