Billing

Billing is managed by owners and admins at Settings โ†’ Billing. Regular members do not see the billing page.

What the billing page shows

The billing page opens on your current plan: its name, your status (trial or active), and buttons to change plan, switch billing cycle, or cancel. Below that, usage rings show how much of your boards, members, and storage you are using, and a "Plan features" list shows what each plan includes. Two tabs hold the rest: Invoices and Payment method.

Plans and the free trial

Every new workspace starts on a 14-day free trial, no card needed. When you are ready, pick a plan and a billing cycle. The longer the cycle the cheaper it works out per month: monthly, annual, or two-year. Changing plan later is prorated and takes effect straight away, so you are only charged the difference.

Payment

Stripe handles all payment. You pay by credit or debit card, and Stripe stores the card details, not Gript. Update your card any time from the Payment method tab.

VAT

If your business is VAT-registered, enter your VAT number during checkout. Stripe works out and applies the correct tax automatically, and for eligible EU businesses the reverse-charge rule means no VAT is added.

VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country (here Denmark, 25 percent); enter a VAT number for the B2B reverse charge

Coupons

Have a coupon? Enter it at checkout and the discount is applied to your order.

Coupons: enter a promo code in the order summary and click Apply before you confirm

Invoices

Every invoice is listed on the Invoices tab, each with a Download link for the PDF.

Once subscribed, the billing page shows your plan, a usage snapshot, and an Invoices tab listing each charge with its status

Cancelling

Cancel from the Cancel button on the billing card. You get two choices:

Cancelling offers two choices: cancel at the end of the period (keep access until then) or cancel immediately and delete the account
Cancelling offers two choices: cancel at the end of the period (keep access until then) or cancel immediately and delete the account
  • Cancel at the end of the current period. You keep full access until the period ends, nothing is deleted, and you can reactivate any time before then. No confirmation needed.
  • Cancel and delete now. This immediately ends the subscription and removes the workspace and all of its data. Because it cannot be undone, you type your email address to confirm. Export anything you want to keep first.

Common questions

Can I change plans mid-cycle? Yes. Switching is prorated and takes effect immediately, so you pay only the difference rather than waiting for the next cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel? If you cancel at the end of the period, nothing is deleted and you can come back. Only the "cancel and delete now" option removes your data, and it does so immediately. Either way, export anything important first.

Can I pause my subscription? Not currently. Cancel and resubscribe later if you take a break.
